This is the login page for the combined draft multi-dwelling and regional tool.

NOTE: BASIX Certificates will not be available until the final tool goes on-line on 1 July.

If you are testing a single dwelling for regional NSW, some questions in the tool, such as those relating to common area and central systems will not be relevant to you. We recommend new users read the Users Guide (pdf 39kb) and download the Data Input Checklist (pdf 175kb).

From 1 July 2005, the tool interface will differentiate between dwelling types, ensuring a simpler data entry process for users.
